Отправляю настоящие фотографии в виде почтовых открыток своим родственникам, они счастливы получать их. :) Очень неожиданный сюрприз. :) Само приложение очень-очень удобное, всё просто и понятно, к тому же первая открытка бесплатная (после регистрации начисляются средства на баланс). :-) Я просто влюбился в это приложение. Посылаю родственникам в Украину разные фотографии моей бабушки (их родной сестры). Боже! :) Как они счастливы видеть её. И втройне приятно осознавать, что эти открыточки проходят долгий путь из Германию на Украину или в Россию. :) Как бы заряжаются положительной энергетикой всех смотрящих на них людей. This has been my favorite postcard apps for years. Sad to see it succumb to subscription based handicaps.

I know this App from Germany. I’m grateful I can use the app around the world. My friends and family live in germany. That’s easy to send a greeting like birthday and gifts. Thank you, that the postcard still exists. Weiter so! 🙏🏻✨

I sent three postcards. None of them arrived. I guess it says all. Useless app.

So many of my postcards remain undelivered. I'm sure the issue is with mypostcard. I've had the recipients check their addresses and sent them in numerous formats/styles, yet they still haven't received them. To one particular recipient, I tried five times. Another 3. (there are other examples, but you get the idea.) These two mentioned were attempts to different regions of the world. This a complete joke! I implore you to send your card through any other service.

Love my grandma, but we don’t speak the same language. This is an easy and lazy way for me to send her pics then google translate what I want it to say on the back.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS! Sent 10 postcards to friends, only THREE were delivered! Triple checked the addresses. Customer service just blames it on the post office and says they will send another card but NOTHING gets delivered. I will be reporting them.

This app is good in theory but they make you buy credits which, surprise, you can only use if there is enough to cover a purchase. None of the credits can be applied towards a balance, it has to cover it or nothing. Guess this is their ploy to fund themselves ! Super frustrating. If you do use this app, skip the credit scam and just pay per purchase. I think you are forced to buy credits in the beginning - best to start small. It would be a 5/5 if it wasn’t for this damper!

I love this app it’s very fun and it’s easy to use. I like how to send all my relatives a postcard and I can add fun pictures on the front of it.

App won’t let me ask for help One card has been stalled so long that my friend literally died while I waited for it to send. I want my money back for that one. Now the address book freezes the app if you try to put in birthday.

I’ve been using this app for over five years and have sent probably hundreds of cards. I use it for postcards when I’m on vacation but also birthday or Christmas cards.

The app looks so cute and easy, but then the cards never send, so it doesn’t really matter how cute and easy things are if you don’t get your product. I contacted customer service via email and they assured me the cards would be resent, however no cards have been received. Originally sent the cards over a month ago and none have been received. They also tried to blame the post office for non receipt.

the app CONSTANTLY glitches when i’m trying to check out and tells me to check my internet connection even tho my wifi is fine

This app makes my life so much easier & makes me look so organized & I never miss an occasion to send out a card or a postcard to my loved ones & office mates to let them know I’m thinking about them for birthdays & holidays. I can send a card or postcard from my couch or from some exotic beach somewhere ! Thank you for making it super easy !

I’ve ordered 3 cards a month ago, and not one was received. Checked out the reviews on google to find countless others complaining about not receiving their orders either.

Worst experience from a business. Never received what I paid for and customer service was absolutely no help. Don’t waste your time.

Love this app and the idea but my experience this summer was very poor. Sent cards to my kids at camp and most of them arrived after camp was over. Seeing the post stamps they were posted over ten days after I created and paid for them!

Made a card and hit the back button to edit the cover, the dang app does not save data so all the photos and text I wrote was lost 😡😡😡

We are on a two week road trip and thought it would be fun to use a postcard app to send photos to grandparents. Well they don’t print and send your postcards in order. I created a daily postcard from day 1 of our trip. Day 1 and 2 still has not been sent while the others have. Reached out a few times for support and just get a generic bot reply. Update: We just got back from our road trip and my son was excited to talk with our neighbors who were were sending postcard to, they never received one yet. The first card we sent was almost two weeks ago and it never arrived yet. Yes, I double checked the address. Also we contacted other households that we sent postcard to with this app, they also did not get their cards yet.

I use this app to send my kids postcards at camp. They received postcards with my text but random pictures. I will be seeking a full refund.

But crashes constantly and Apple Pay no longer works

I found this app easy to use. I sent two post cards already. One international! So much fun. Looks like they give away lots of your information. Trying to figure out how to stop this.

I have used this app for years to send card to family in other countries. It has gotten progressively worse, and now it crashes every single time I try to start any sort of card. It is completely unusable. I contacted customer service and after trying their suggestions, the app is still not working. I asked for a refund and was told I would be refunded. My credits were removed but I have yet to see anything in my bank statement… Also, a word of advice. If you send a card in an envelope instead of a postcard, it looks like spam mail to some. Save your money and find a different company with an app that actually works. SO disappointed.

Ordered a postcard early January - never arrived. Ordered another one around Valentine’s Day - arrived right before Easter. Looking for an app that we can order postcards using our own photo’s so we can send to our grandkids so they can follow our route. This is definitely not it - if the postcards don’t arrive until you get back, kind of misses the point.

This is one of several of these types of apps. A great idea but execution is somewhat spotty. For example, I send a couple of postcards to my daughter in Spain but they never made it. Yet to be seen if their customer service is responsive and will refund my $$

We purchased postcards for grandparents to keep up to date photos of their grandchild. It has been over 10 days and still no postcards. I have reached out to customer support and they replied to me in a different language. We money already put down in credits with this app. We will be talking with our credit card company on how to get our money back. I was so excited to be able to send monthly photos but now will look for another company.

Once I pass the order in the app a lot of bugs and error messages appeared.. so slow application and my credit removed without passing the order …

The end product is amazing but the app is horrible. Continues to just spontaneously shut down/ close while in middle of project. Took me twenty five mins to do one greeting card. Please fix this bc it’s been going on forever

Super simple to use. Saves your addresses for future use. Grandkids love it. Seniors in senior homes love it.

It is so cool to send postcards from the phone while we are traveling!

Cute cards and fun but I ordered mine on November 19th and it didn’t arrive until December 7th. Unsure if that was the post offices fault or the app? Would hesitate to do it again if that long is normal

Our vacations with our grandchildren are always fun and busy so it’s a great idea to send postcards to great grandparents to share the fun in such an effortless way.

Orders never delivered. Nobody gets back to you. I sent a bunch of thought I sent a bunch of orders this summer to my nephew at camp only to find out NOTHING WAS DELIVERED. Yet, I was charged. I filed numerous complaints and nobody has gotten back to me. I just get emails saying the matter was closed. Meanwhile nobody reaches out. What a total SCAM and DISAPPOINTMENT.

A quick and easy way to send a quick card to grandparents while we are still on vacation.

I tested sending five different postcards on several different dates to two different addresses. Only ONE out of five (20%) was delivered. I contacted MyPostcard and they “resent” the cards but it took two weeks more to receive them and one didn’t get delivered for over a month. Card quality is OK but delivery is terrible. Also, customer service responds in German, not English, even though the app is made for English speakers ???

Sent 3 postcards from our vacation. 2 never have arrived. I know address were correct since I sent to my own address.

Ordered several thank you cards for a bday, and one was received after waiting two months.

This is the better of the postcard apps I have used – however there is always trouble to send. I often have to go off Wi-Fi to send and only use cellular. or it won’t send at all. I also miss being able to add fonts or script to the picture on the postcard. It has led me to investigate other postcard apps.

I've used my postcard for 3 years. This year it was awful. I wrote 3 grandkids daily. Cards took 3 WEEKS to arrive. And then they each got 5 to 15 cards in a day. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.
